Your Guide

Noga’s whakapapa draws its roots back to the Caribbean, Britain, and now to the lush landscapes of Northland, Aotearoa.

Born from a lifelong fascination with the wild beauty of the land, Noga’s approach is shaped by wisdom gathered from local guides across the globe from Nicaragua to Madagascar to the ancient forests of Aotearoa. This global perspective, combined with deep local connection, informs every experience we design.

Noga is built on Forest and Nature Therapy Guide certification, specialized studies in land practices, and holistic wellbeing.  We bring this expertise to eco-conscious, considered experiences that reconnect people with themselves and the natural world.

As part of a new wave of Forest Bathing, Noga guides individuals and teams into authentic connection both with nature and within themselves.

Noga blends nature therapy, mindfulness, and refined hospitality to create memorable, elevated experiences for those seeking a distinctive way to explore the outdoors.

We’ve partnered with businesses such as Eagles Nest Villas, Kauri Cliffs hotel and Ara Roa Villa and Boutique Lodgings to  name a few to deliver bespoke nature immersion experiences, and we’re proud to champion the role of green prescriptions in health and wellbeing for discerning individuals and organizations alike.
